Problem Installing Ruby on High Sierra Mac


Hey all,
So I HAD a problem installing Ruby, found a solution. So I’m posting my problem and solution in case others are having the same problem.
The solution was to temporarily disable my antivirus software.

Macbook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6
When trying to run: rbenv install 2.4.2
I got the following error message:
BUILD FAILED (OS X 10.13.6 using ruby-build 20180822)

Boom! Was struggling with this and disabling worked an absolute treat!
