Failed to push some refs

I am a newbie so I hope I have enough information for someone to help.

For get push Heroku master in step 3.7 I got this:

After I got the message that I had too many apps in Heroku I went in and deleted all the apps. Not sure now where to start again to get the name of the app to match what I am trying to do??? Thanks to whoever is reading and can help.
